Fohl has been in the Real Estate profession since obtaining
his license in 1977. He obtained his Brokers License in 1981
after completing the University of Southern California Advanced
Broker Development Program. Les is a Certified Residential
Specialist with extensive knowledge and first hand experience
in the field of investment Real Estate.
Les opened
a Century 21 Franchise in Hayward in 1981 and built it into
one of the leading offices in the entire Century 21 system
over the next 10 years, prior to selling it in 1991.
These
days, his business attention is focused solely on his clients,
and causing them to easily accomplish their Real Estate objectives!
Les has been professionally trained to sell homes over a 27-year
period and few Agents have the experience or track record
he brings to your transaction.
His efforts
and success have earned him plenty of recognition. He sells
more homes in the Hayward, San Leandro, and Castro Valley
market than any Agent from any company.

Les married his beautiful wife Marquita in
1980 and has 2 children, a daughter born in 1990 and a son,
born in 1992. His family attends Redwood Chapel in Castro
Valley. Les has received recognition for his community involvement
from former President George Bush, Governor George Duekemeijan,
Sheriff Charles Plummer, the Alameda County Board of Supervisors,
and the former Hayward Chief of Police, Joe Brann.
Les enjoys singing, dancing, golfing, boating,
SCUBA diving, camping, snow skiing, and teaching...most with
his family
